Support & Cancellation Policy

Blooming Buds's primary approach to supporting our customers is through the "Contact Us" function that is available on our site. To ensure we are consistently achieving best-in-class WhatsApp, we have implemented response times of 24 hours or less. Our support team's average time to first response time is about one hour.

OUR HOURS OF OPERATION:

  • Standard Support Hours:

    • 8 am to 8 pm IST

    • Anticipated response within 24 hours from the time of receipt

  • Please note: The times of "anticipated response" are self-imposed time-frames, if we wish to revisit them, we may certainly do so, yet service levels should never fall below our documented Support and Response Time Service Levels, which defines Blooming Buds's response times and operating procedures per Severity Level.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY :
  • Incase Of Cancellation of orders Please Intimate the same through our support email / Whats App within 24 hours of order booking . 
  • Any Payments done against the cancellation of orders will be refunded to the same client's Bank Account or the UPI ID's respectively within 24-48 hours of cancellation
